The X-Large 1-Door Trap is perfect for raccoons and foxes. It’s large size creates a comfortable entrance for species that tend to be more difficult to trap.

Setting Instructions

  • Lift the door lock on the top of the trap.

  • Fold and push the door up to the top of the trap.

  • Rotate the trigger rod so that it hold the door in place.

    That’s it, you’re all set!

Baiting Instructions and Suggestions

For this trap, bait should be placed at the back of the trap. Bait will depend on the species and situation, but here’s a few suggestions:

Raccoons:

  • Wet cat food

  • Bacon/cooked chicken

  • Fruit

  • Fish

  • Fish

  • Wet cat food

Foxes:

  • Cooked or raw chicken

  • Eggs
